On or around 10 April 2021 I called neighborhood storage where a kind voice answered the phone and said Neighborhood Storage Deb speaking how can I help you? This is where I asked her about storage units as I am getting ready to deploy with the US Army and she was more than helpful on the phone. By the immense help I got from Deb I drove down to neighborhood storage and looked at the units she had available and I decided on one. Where I went home and was able to purchase the unit however there was a bit of a price difference and I went back and talked with Deb and she said I do apologize about that with her kind voice and said this is what I am going to do for you I am going to write down your name and unit information and get with the Manager Lisa on Monday and we will get this fixed for you. After that was completed she thanked me for my service and asked if there was anything else I needed. Deb at Neighborhood Storage is very kind and sweet and goes above and beyond for her customers. Great customer service skills.
Today 20 April 2021, I stopped back by neighborhood storage to check on the dispute from or around 10 April 2021 where I was Greeted by the manager Lisa where I got the same kind, nice, caring voice as did from Deb as Lisa today was able to help me and went above and beyond from and helped me with my payment matters. These 2 ladies at neighborhood storage knows what customer service is all about and is truly for the people. I haven’t found a place like this in awhile and the best part this place is very close by to me which is a huge plus. If you are looking for a storage place that is truly for YOU. This is the place to be! Thank you so much Deb and Lisa.
Let me add one more thing! Great for last minute military needs! This place is pro Military!
